Before buying any parcel out here, it's worth confirming a few things that aren't always obvious from a listing alone: legal access (is there a recorded easement, or does the road cross someone else's land), whether the parcel has a well or water rights, what the county's minimum building requirements are, and whether it's in a flood zone or wash.
